I have a Digital Music MX-8. All of the midi ports are on the rear panel. > Adding full midi cv cabablities, would surely be a little close to the > mcv24? Rather than a full-bore mcv24, I was thinking more along the lines of A190/A191 functionality, with dedicated output jacks, which I prefer anyway. The "floating" jacks on the mcv24 make patching a more difficult chore. Of course, an additional pair of jacks for CV/Gate on an alternate midi channel would be nice too (and would probably motivate a lot of people to expand their A100 system to accomodate duophonic operation). Might as well throw in the kitchen sink too, so add the A192 CV-to midi function, and also Kevin's A119 idea :-) I know, now there's no room left for the patchbay! Joe
