Doepfer

I have come to the conclusion that those of us who use Doepfer products are very happy not with just the product but the service also.
 
This is fine when these thoughts are being shared within the user group but I think we should make our thoughts heard in the wider world, else potential users be put off by the odd scathing report that frankly is very biased.

	same here, doepfer has the best customer support
	i've ever experienced. i know alot about customer support,
	because i worked in a synthesizer store some years ago
	and i had to contact dozens of manufacturers during this time.
	most of them would be happy, if they were half as good as doepfer.
