Greetings; Hoping to get some troubleshooting help here...I 
installed a couple new modules today (and rearranged a bunch of old 
ones), and at the end of the exercise my A100 won't come on....

The fuse looks ok, and i think juice is reaching the PSU (that big 
block on the switch lead end of the PSU gets hot when I power up)...

But no power appears to be reaching the bus boards -- no modules, no 
power bus LEDs, no nothing. Is there anything that can be done at 
home, fairly simply, to test whether the PSU is still operating 
correctly? I've got an AC/DC voltage meter, but i'm not absolutely 
sure what to test....
