I like troubleshooting my own tech probs, and i this time is no 
exception, although I am chastened; the prob turned out to be 
improperly pin alignment where i attached a couple power cables to 
the power bus...can't believe that nothing got fried, but that 
appears to be the case....

While doing the troubleshooting, i broke off yet another power cable 
clip (ie/ i'm talking about the ends of the power cables running 
between the PSU and busboard, specifically the metal part that fits 
over one of the bayonets on the PSU or bus board)...

Anyone else think that these clips fit just a little too tightly? 
Everytime I remove one, I feel lucky not to tear the bayonet right 
out of the board -- it's like a strength test.
