Re: VCO: Made the minimum, it's a go..

Hi, Peter.

Looking at Doepfer's hp chart on his website, it look slike the
closest hp equivelent would be 18hp, which is a theoretical
91.44mm. However, Doepfer tends to leave about .3 mm for tolerance,
so maybe if you increased the width to 91.10 it would work betternas
an 18 hp module. Also, it is very important that the mounting holes
be exactly 7.5mm (appx 1.5hp) from the edge of the module. This
would make it much easier for those of us with pre-drilled Doepfer
mounting holes.

By the way, I am somewhat mathematically challenged, so please check
these figures before relying on my work. (Although I have gotten a
number of panels from front oanel express that worked just fine) The
Doepfer spec page is here:http://www.doepfer.de/home_e.htm

By the way, please put me down for a couple of these oscilators as
well. (And I suppose I've gotta come up with more space for
Doepfer's advanced oscilators when they come out as well. Looks like
its time for a new house. Why couldn't I have just been a drug
addict?)
