Doepfer

Here's a very personal and subjective experience:

I started off with 2 A-110's in my system
After hearing MP3's from the following link (German, but you"ll find 
the files easily), I noticed that the square wave from the A-111 
sounded so much smoother than the A-110 square to my ears.

Based on this I ordered an A-111 and I do not regret it at al
Especially for the higher octaves I often prefer an A-111

I also found the tracking on my A-111 more accurate than on my A-
110's, but I heard from other people on this list that the A-110 can 
be calibrated for good tracking as well. 

If it is important to you, the A-111 FM and sync options also can 
make a difference

All in all, I think that you are safe by getting one of both (and do 
not forget an A-115 as well). Too bad that you missed Peter 
Grenader's introductory offer on the Plan B model 15 VCO for Doepfer
