hello -
unless you plan on using linear fm a lot (and / or self-linear modulation, a 
neat waveshaping technique similar to but milder than pwm), you get better 
"bang per buck" is from the 110`s, i think. they sound fine and are completely 
adequate building blocks in a starter modular system. i have 3 and have been 
pleased with them.
oh yes, if you believe in things like "the cem chip sound" and really want 
that, then the 111`s are what you`d want. me ? i liked the 111 but ended up 
selling my one as it wasn`t getting used enough to justify the space and i have 
better hi-end vco options coming soon.
