Hi, I've been thinking about the same thing. I understand that the difference between log. and lin. VCAs when used for audio is the loudness response curve. But the other aspect (besides pots and stuff): Does the A132 have worse sound quality than an A130 lin VCA? Does it add noise or have less accurate tracking to the input CV than A130? Is it the same circuitry or does the A132 use cheaper parts? Did anyone compare them? I just started my system an I already have the A131 but I like the idea of a small simple bang-for-the-buck extra VCA so I just ordered an A132. I'll be using it for both audio and CV signals. /Gustaf http://www.petrol.se/sizers/
