Well,
Beside the bbd-based delay, the general DA/AD module(s), the MS-50 
diode VCF (Oh please Dieter ... ), and the general vactrol, 

Some exotic ones:
1) a quantizer that allows selection of each semi-tone individually
(maybe just 12 on/off switches on a row)

2) A new VCO; digital and/or wavetable (easier handling than A112).
maybe with adjustable sampling rate and resolution.

3) mini-schaltwerk ; yes please, but with midi-out also !

some ideas also for non-exotic but usefull modules 
(think A-143 series):

1) A simple voltage standard that outputs 1/12 volt steps (maybe only 
the most useful ones for minor/major 3rd, 4th, 5th etc) for quick 
semi-tone tuning of VCO's. 

2) a combined VCA/EG that can cycle endlessly during gate-on
(boring but time- & space-saving)
