In general there should not be real problems using them with a modular systems like the A100. They may expect lower signal levels (guitar pedals are constructed always for the usage with guitars), so you perhaps should lower the output signal of the last module before the guitar pedal. You won't destroy the pedals electronic, but maybe they will distort. Especially distortion/fuzz pedals and compressors will definitely need lower levels to produce the effect you are expecting, because the effect itself works depended on the signal level. I use a Boss DD6, Boss Compressor, Ibanez Tubescreamer and a Ibanez Flanger; I never had any problems.
