Doepfer

Hey folks,
I have run out of room in my rack but I really, really want to use the A-180 Mult that I still have (I'm ony 2-HP short of space in my suitcase for the thing). So, I had this wacky idea: mount it on the black strip that is above or below the modules themselves. Has anyone done this? I realize I'll "deface" the logo strip, but I just don't know what else to do, except maybe just mount it on the outer wall of one side of my case. Yes, I'm that desperate. I keep thinking " Exchange the dual VCA for the mult? Naw. Well, maybe. No. Hmmm...."

PS: if you're using the Lowpass Gate and pushing the resonance up, turn down your speakers: I just about blew up my monitors last night by pushing the gain to the extreme and then raising the res. Although the module isn't giving me the Buchla LPG sound I was hoping for, I love how the Doepfer module behaves.
