hello,

the price difference is because other designs than the a126
are usually bode-type shifters, which are more complicated
to build. the bode-type shifter it a through-zero design
and capable of shifting signals by very tiny amounts
(f.e. 1 hz), which is not possible with an a126.
the a126 can only shift by greater amounts.
shifting very tiny amounts can be great when used with
vocals and such things.
