Hello,

Everything you suggest can be done with midi and a sufficient number of modules.
Midi CAN be used with slew.
A switch (foot switch?} can be used to turn slew on and off.  For
instance the dual switch can choose between slewed and direct signal.  
I leave it to the graphically gifted to give you a diagram.
