I don't know for the Mooger Fooger. The Blacet is a BBD based device.

As already mentioned. A basic CV-control is possible for all technical 
types of delay. The real problems start, if you want to "play" a delay 
with a relation like 1V/Oct (doubling the delaytime with 1 Volt) with a 
range over several octaves. I don't know for sure, but I think the Time 
Machine is not V/Oct. To have a useful range you also have to have very 
short minimal delaytimes. For example the Blacet Time Machine has 10 ms 
as minimal value. This means the highest(!!) possible note with Karplus 
Strong  or tube resonating synthesis is 100hz. Imagine a VCO, that does 
not play higher than a f' ...

I think this something which is very complex and will be out of the 
range of doepfers development possibilities. I think this is a range of 
products, wher we should accept, that the all-digital world is much 
better. I have Sony D7 Delay for stuff like this. It is heaven and hell!
