maybe 0,6  hz minimum = 36 bpm and 6 hz maximum = 360 bpm
or    0,25 hz minimum = 15 bpm and 5 hz maximum = 300 bpm
or    0,4  hz minimum = 24 bpm and 4 hz maximum = 240 bpm

something like that ?

what is the actual range of the a154 clock?
i haven't measured the a154 clock exactly,
but maybe i can do that tonight.
