Hello,

this is a question I always wanted to ask about bus module functionality: 
beside A-110, A-111, and A-140, are there any other modules that can use it 
(get the signal from the bus)?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
