The best would be a separate Control-Clock-VCO. But it would be 
assumingly too expensive to produce two modules with half the amount of 
sales for each (and also separating the BBD from the ClockVCO might 
cause problems)

Perhaps Dieter might do a construction, where one can switch between 
exact 1V/Oct control and a more rough "wide range control". But I fear 
these are two different types of circuits.
