Analogue Systems rs290/295. Midi sync-able digital modular delay/looper.

alternately, if that's more than you were hoping to pay, I hear people
have had a lot of success using the boss dd-20 gigadelay in a modular
setting, using analog clock into the tap tempo input to sync it up.
