Doepfer

Hi, my first post. 

I bought a Doepfer A-100 from ebay a week or so ago. It finally 
arrived yesterday and I have had fun fiddling with it. I'm suprised 
at how easy it is to use, I have come up with a few sounds I quite 
like. I did spend the first hour scratching my head as to why there 
was no sound coming out of the machine, turns out two of the patch 
cables supplied don't work :-) 

The one module that I can't get my head around is the A-190 MCVS 
module. Channel, LFO Frq, Bend W, CV2 seem to work okay but the 
Glide setting either does nothing or it changes the pitch of the 
note I'm playing (I don't hear any glide though). CV1 under the 
Config menu acts very strangely. As soon as I have it selected 
(without pressing the Inc/Dec buttons) the gate signal seems to get 
messed up, notes are either too short or they get stuck on. CV1 
seems to be the only menu that has sub menus? I'm trying to 
access "Retrigger", I'm hopeing this setting changes the way the 
ADSR's behave . ATM an ADSR won't retrigger when you already have a 
key pressed (I'm guessing it's currently set to off). 

I know you can change these settings via midi CC but I would like to 
figure out how to change them via the front panel.

Any help would be great!
