Doepfer

Normally 27C256. But even a 27C512 can be used. In this case the jumper
labelled "A15/27C512" has to be installed (for 27C256 the address line A15
is not used but for 27C512 it is necessary).

For the old versions of MAQ16/3 (version 1 and 2) an 27C128 or 27128 was
used. But these versions are out of production since about 1996.

If you remove the label on the EPROM you can read the EPROM type that is
used.
