This clock is a rectangle signal within the circuitry of the Flanger-stompbox. You have to find it on the pcb of the dedicated stompbox and then you have to add an kind of insert jack to this clock-signal. If you have a stompbox, then have a look which BBD chip it uses. Then try to get the datasheet for the BBD. Usually the datasheets provide a basic schematic of application examples. Use this examples to reverse engineer the real schematic of your stomp box.
