I have to admit. Until here I do not understand, what you want to say.
What do the values mean? Volts of control voltage? Amount of signal level?

The question is what do you understand as a crossfader.

A crossfader like in a DJ console is like a mixer with two inputs, one
output and one potentiometer, where the potentiometer fades between the
two input channels.
This is the opposite of a panner. As the panner it requires two VCAs.
If you want to realize it, you need at least two A130, one A176 and any
kind of CV-source.
