ok then :-)  but please don't expect a detailed description!

first of all, you need a link between reaktor and the modular.
in my case this is a doepfer mcv24 midi/cv interface.

one interesting application is using reaktor as a generator
for note-cv's and all other kinds of control voltages.
reaktor is able to create all kinds of midi-data
out of virtually anything. in reaktor it is fairly simple to
add a few midi-out ports to the reaktor-instrument in question.
it is also simple to assign the chosen midi-controllers to
the outputs of the mcv24. this way you can use reaktor to
control many parameters of the modular in totally
unusual ways.

this control data can even be generated by using audio
signals from the modular itself.
just feed an audio signal from the modular
into reaktor (f.e. via the sound card) and analyse the
audio signal in realtime with one of your genius
reaktor designs ;-) this analysis can then be used
to create the data for the mcv24, which then controls
the modular again.

i'm not going too deep into reaktor in this post,
it's just too complicated to describe the details.
lets just say that it works and that the potential
is quite big, but that depends on your reaktor skills.
