I think vc thresh, ratio, attack, decay and knee should just about cover it. I think it's important to have variable soft knee, sidechain input and envelope output. I would be very interested in such a module. -veqtor

in a few words: the Red stripe of the ribbon cable indicates -12volts supply and goes to the bottom of the doepfer Busboard (which of course reads '-12volts'). the module end of the ribbon cable is ALREADY connected to the module, when you buy new doepfer modules. simple as that.

If Doepfer are told it is to be a system when they get the order then for a small fee, they will put it all together and test it out. They also fill in any unused space with blank panels to make sure the unit meets minimum electrical safety requirements. If they did not tell you,
