hello to all,
my 2 cents worth - last year, i had to replace one of my doepfer power
supplies - i found that the hardest part was getting the back plates reattached to
those weird sliding nuts. the actually swapping of the old supply for the
new version was quick and painless.
best,
dave

I asked Matthias who is responsible for the A-100 frame production as he
should have the same problems.

There is a simple solution: put the back plane a bit displaced to the rear
side of the case and move the nuts to right position. Then repeat the same
procedure with the other side and put the back panel to the correct
position. Now the nuts are at the right positions and the srews can be
mounted easily. It would be possible to use threaded inserts even at the
rear side but these are very expensive compared to 6 nuts only.

Best wishes
