i think you might have better luck with a digital device perhaps, and it seems theres going to be more digital delays coming out i seems...still wondering what the Universal AD/Da or whatever it is Doepfer is planning...

btw, i listened to a bit of your stuff, and it's really good from what i've heard so far...

For me going from minimal to longer delay times which
keep clean (cause there is a good filter in it)using
CV control is a way to make my drumloops and
synthlines groove in multiple directions. I use my
delays as if it where a synth.
Thats why i also got the frequency shifter, so i can
redefine the pitch of my delays....

I must admit it was loads of money, but i just wanted
some really good sounding modules with all the CV
inputs i always wanted but never had.

If you are interested in what i make listen here:
http://myspace. com/brz

I guess the track multiversal cruise shows what i do
with my modular and other machines...

Re: AW: [Doepfer_a100] Multiple 188s for longer delay time?

2007-09-07 by bruce thedekaa

I allready have a line 6 19 inch delay which is pretty
good, but i just dont like midi.....cv's are more
flexible/fluid for my current studio setup. I'm also
waitng for the details on the AD/DA thingy.....

Nice to read you like my music, it's a bit harder than
other modular users do.....
