Doing a bit a synth admin, here.  I've managed to tune and set up one
A-110 nicely to track alongside my RS95s and digi keyboard.  However,
despite following the instructions, I can't get the second one to
behave.  

  When I tune C0, the scale is completely off at higher notes.  When I
adjust that, C0 goes right out.

The A-100 adjustment is described on our website (available from the A-110
info page). Pay attention that the scale and offset adjustment interact,
i.e. you have to re-adjust the offset after the scale has been altered to
obtain the same basic tone (i.e. C0 in your example).
