A-120 Low pass Resonance dead?

A-120 Low pass Resonance dead?

2008-04-16 by Doug

Hi folks, seems like the resonance on my A-120 low pass does nothing
(other than a very slight volume attenuation as resonance is
increased). I can't remember for sure if it was ever otherwise, but it
seems wrong. Just wondering if this is a known failure mode. Got this
module new on AH about two months ago.

Thanks,
Doug

Hello Doug, your module is definately faulty since the A120 is able to
self-osc. Rgds, Ingo

As you got the module 2 months ago it's still under warranty and you should
not try to repair the module yourself. Otherwise the warranty may be lost.
Please return the module for repair or exchange to the dealer/representative
where you purchased it.

Best wishes

Thanks Dieter. As it turns out the purchase was actually mid March,
and I am now waiting on a response from AH (they have a 30 day
return policy, apparently, so I don't know for sure if they will
take it back).

Thanks,
Doug
