Can it work as a Polyphonic MIDI contoller
as the synthesizers.com CV/GATE kbd can, or is 
the MIDI out monophonic ?

The midi out of the A-100CGK is polyphonic. But to speak the truth if you do
not need the monophonic CV/Gate outputs of the A-100CGK I'd buy a cheaper 5
octave midi keyboard.

MIDI-Out is never monophonic.

I need both a mono CVGATE kbd AND  a polyph. MIDI kbd; so this will be 
perfect !
