...speaking of cv controlled delay, 

if any of you own an electroharmonix memoryman, apparently it's 
very easy to add cv control to it.  a local pedal designer here in 
brooklyn modded mine and it's brilliant, didn't cost much either.  
he seemed to think just about any analog delay pedal could be 
modded in this way, and some older digi delays as well.  

also, it didn't take much experimenting to get my space echo 
(re-301) to respond to cv.  it has a socket for remote control of 
delay time built in, just plug in the cv.  also has chorus on/off, 
echo on/off, sound-on-sound on/off  sockets-- they all respond to 
footswitches and gates. and there's a loop insert on input 3 for 
adding a filter or whatever...  stock unit, great control. 

there's plenty of potential w this old stuff...and the sound is the 
real deal (!!).
