joystick spring removal

joystick spring removal

2008-08-14 by thomasborax

hullu there folks-
i got one answer to a question i had by searching for topics.

but one question remains....how do i get the spring out of my
joystick? to my reckoning, they are visible down small openings on the
underside of the joystick box, yet i can't tell how to access them.
anybody?

i gather that they are not too floppy once de-springed. i have not
played a diatonic solo on a synthesizer in many years...spring action
is worthless to me!

I used a knife to carefully open the little metal parts that are bent done and then take off
the spring...

i even managed to put them back afterwards...
