hi group,

can anyone tell me, which of the dedicated filter modules has the
widest/most accurate 1v/octave tracking?

i'm looking to put together a poly synth, and since i generally use
only the the sine output of my oscillators, i'm wondering if
resonating filters is a viable way of keeping the cost under control :)

(the a111-5 looks wonderful, but for a poly synth i really need bp
filters)

dieter, a while back you mentioned a poly midi2cv module. any progress
there?

I'd recommend a filter with an SSM or CEM circuit (e.g. A-105, A-106-6,
A-107, A-109, A-121, A-122). They have the most accurate 1v/octave tracking.

We hope to have the prototype available for the Frankfurt Musikmesse (to
show kind of four-voice with four A-111-5). It's nothing but the modular
version of the MTV16 with a modified firmware for CV and Gate (instead of
Midi controllers). The ready module will be probably available not before
summer 2009.
