I have one of these modules and was wondering which trim pots on the PCB's are for what settings?

the cross fadings are not even from A to B.

The trimmpots are used to adjust the offset voltage of each of the four VCA.
There are no trimmpots available that can be used to trim the VCA control
behaviour. The control voltage of the first VCA is inverted and then used to
control the second VCA.
