Inverting the A174 joysick output

I have a A174, and am considering buying a second. In order to use multiple A174 in a table top configuration as I desire I want to invert the module physically, so the joystick is at the bottom, or front. this way I don't have to reach over the cables when I have the module placed horizontally in a table top case. I tried simply rotating the joystick, but the potentiometers stuck out the side of the module so much a blanking panel would be needed. Is there a way to invert the voltage of the axis in the A174? I notice there appears to be some pins where jumpers could go on the PCB. What are they for? If not that, could I just reverse the wiring on the joystick pots (meaning the ribbon that connects the joystick to the PCB)? - I would consider the FoH Choices, but the front panel design makes my eyes bleed :) thanks!
