We were trying to work the configuration out over at MuffWiggler a while back:

and my best guess would be that it is a state-variable filter built around an LM13700, in which case the nearest module would probably be the triple resonant filter, A-127, but which of course doesn't have the HP output readily available (i.e. you'd need to mod it...).

But I could be completely wrong (it is supposition on my part, based on the photo at their website) - in any case, I expect Dieter will be along to give the true low-down!

But it is really easy to get at, so here are a couple of very simple, manual filter sweeps, at low, medium and high resonance settings, for both square and saw wave inputs:
