Lend me an EAR?

2011-09-04 by sfrules

Hi, guys!

I've been out of the loop for a while.

Can anyone tell me what happened to Plan B?

Death, Bankruptcy, Disaster?

Their site is a shrine but you can't buy any merchandise?
Are they coming back?

Thanks,

sfrules

replacing DIY 1 PSU?

2011-09-04 by richard scott

I wonder if anyone has found a lighter/smaller replacement for the DIY 1
kit PSU? I want to build it into a suitcase and its a bit too big and
heavy to squeeze in there.

Richard

For this question I would direct you to one of the many threads on the
Muffwiggler forum where the whole sad and sorry tale is told in painful
length and detail. I think its too long, horrible and depressing to
clutter up this list.

short version: I wouldn't hold your breath on any new production anytime
soon

Richard - (a huge Plan B module fan by the way)

Peter G has been posting teaser pictures of new modules on his Facebook page recently... But I wouldn't ever buy from him.
