On the A-138d, are both in 1's the same? Using it as an effects loop, does it matter which I plug into with A100 signal? Are both mix out's the same?

The input socket pair In1 and the output socket pair are "miniature
multiples", i.e. nothing but connected sockets. Consequently it does not
matter which socket of each pair is used. Only the upper socket of the In2
pair is a bit different. Please refer to the note on the A-138d info page.
