Broken A190

Broken A190

2013-01-18 by David Passam

Hi

Hoping that someone may know what I should do here. I have a A190 that is
about 2 years old. Recently the pitch from CV 1 output has started to
swing wildly around and often the root note seems to move by a few
semitones. Is there a possible solution to this or is the module broken.
If so where could I send it to be repaired.

Any help much appreciated

Thanks

If the module is still covered by warranty please return it to the dealer
where your purchased the unit. Otherwise you may send it to us directly
(Doepfer, Germany) provided that your home country is within the EU.
Otherwise please contact the Doepfer representative in your country. Units
sent from outside EU to us for repair often cause customs clearance problems
because of missing documents.

You may also contact our A-190-1 specialist Matthias Marass
(keyboards@doepfer.de). Maybe he has an idea what is wrong.

Best wishes
