That's my first post.

Anyone know how I can achieve that :

I would like to modulate my pitch bend precisely. (Via a LFO or Something)

Or

Modulate the pitch of my VCO. (Via a lfo). Very precisely.

welcome in the world of unhealable addicted ;-)

It is not clear what you mean with "Very precisely.". Modulating a VCO 
by an LFO is dead simple:

Example with A-145 as LFO and A-110 as VCO:
Connect LFO triangle out with CV2-Input of A-110. Turn up the CV2-Knob 
as much as you like.
