Random module development

2017-07-23 by Neil Kagan

Has anyone heard of an update regarding the future A-149-3 (fluctuating random voltages) and A-149-4 (chaos) at all? I love the A-149-1 and use it in every patch so I can see I'd get a lot of use out of both!

AW: [Doepfer_a100] Random module development

2017-07-24 by yahoo@doepfer.de

We decided that modules like new VCOs (A-110-4, A-110-6, A-111-2/3/4) and
modules for live performance (A-135-4A/B/C and A-138o/p) are more important
than the A-149-3/4. But the A-143-3/4 as well as a new version of the
frequency shifter A-126 are still on our to-do list. But I have no idea when
they will come because there are still a few other projects with higher
priority in the holding pattern (A-111-4, A-190-5, A-173-1/2, A-150-8,
A-180-9, a new 24dB high pass module, R2M redesign and a few more).

Best wishes

Thanks for the quick reply Dieter. I know that randoms modules are very popular right now (Turing machine etc) so you'd certainly see decent sales!
