Doepfer

Hi everyone!

I am happy to be here and just wanted to say a few words about the 
firmware of the A-157. First of all: I think the module A-157 is great! 
and has a lot of potential and I enjoy working on it. I started with the 
new firmware half a year ago; On the one hand I would like to install 
many functions - but it is also important to me to keep the handling 
simple. Let's see how well this balancing act works ;)

Currently I'm working on the next version 0.9.4, which will offer the 
possibility to define Accent, Ratchets (thanks to Ross!) and Random per 
Step. Then it goes on, I have some more ideas. Whether the software can 
keep up with other sequencers in the end, I don't know, but I'll try! 
Step by step.

What is important to me is the feedback from other users: there are so 
many different setups (including computers and operating systems) that I 
can hardly test them all myself. So if something is not good, even if it 
is just a typo in the manual, I would be happy for a short feedback. Of 
course I'm also happy about feature requests.

And: The cooperation with Chris Assall from Doepfer goes very well, we 
are in a lively exchange. Thank you, Chris!
