hello,
well, i had a serge tkb for years and found it easy to adapt to - and, if the 
pic is representitive, the doepfer one has larger "keys" and should be 
"easier".  possibly people's opinion was slightly skewed by its resemblence 
to a kybd but without tactile feel - ?
