i prefer a keyboard layout..mainly for quick note pitching of
melodic material
rather than marking or taping the keys so you know where middle
C is and so
on. i don't mind a non-mechanical interface, i certainly
wouldn't expect it to
behave as a normal keyboard (yay!), but i think the
representation of keys is
important.
