Hi Ingo,

Thank's for your concern! I'm glad you didn't experieced
similar problems. I wish it was only a fuse. But it turned out,
it must be something else. Meaby a short circuit in the
bus board or the feeding or a wire is lose or...
Anyway i have to send 2 cases in stead of one!

How many G6's you have?

hello roel,

actually i have six g6 cases from doepfer and one g6 case
from analogue systems. in my opinion the doepfer-cases have
better bus boards and overall mechanics, but the power supply
is weaker (no 5 volts). anyway i would take a doepfer case,
if i had to choose from both. don't know, how the cases from
analogue solutions are and i'm still waiting for my first
g3 blacet case, can't say anything about it yet.

Are you using a good quality surge supressor/power conditioner? Have 
you been experiencing electrical storms or power outages?

The fact that you were moving modules around as a test of the first 
case that went bad is highly suggestive. There's a good chance that 
either one of your modules is a "G6 killer", or that you're being too 
careless making the busboard connections.

Are any of the modules from the first bad case third-party, kit or DIY 
modules, modified, or repaired? Are any of them second-hand, so you 
don't know if they've been modified or repaired? Any like that would 
be a prime suspect.

The bad busboard connections seem like the most likely problem, 
though. The Doepfer documention clearly mentions that this can destroy 
your A100 equipment.
