Doepfer MAQ quantisation question

Doepfer MAQ quantisation question

2005-09-28 by analog1k

I was about to buy a MAQ 16/3 this week, but! I stopped
myself from doing so, as it doesn't have a quantiser to
keep notes in tune, although I have the A-156 module in
my system, I figured perhaps I could link the MAQ to this
module to keep it tune. It is possible isn't it?

Maybe Dieter should build a quantiser into the next batch
of production MAQs, I know for a fact that R.M.I. had a
A-156 quantiser module built into their one.

I love my A-100 system, but lack of features on other
Doepfer products puts me off buying them.

Dieter please take note.... ;)

since the maq is primarily a midi sequencer, with
cv/gate optional, i would assume that the output would
have to be quantized. am i wrong?
