Doepfer

I'm thinking of building a custom case for my doepfer A100. It would 
be made from wood (Not sure what type) and will house 12units of 
modules horizontally on two levels. I plan to use brackets to attach 
it to the wall above my Tachnics WSA1. See images:

Atm, the Doepfer is to close to my computer monitor.

I'm not sure if I need a piece of wood between the Top and botom 
levels:

Has anyone got any advice or plans/drawings for such a case? I'm 
using the custom case help on the .com website as my main guide atm.
