The HD Disks I currently use include:-
Fuji Film (Made in Germany)
Emtec
Imation
AT&T (wont buy again)
Old DD Disks I still use:-
Sony
Precision
3M
Dysan
Only AT&T gave me any problems. However, I know nothing of putting tape on the HD disks, as I have never done such a thing.
Hope this helps.
Ralph :-)

Although this solution seems to work there is some risk you should know about: HD floppies have a different surface and are designed to be written with a lower magnetic field to achieve the higher density without the tracks interfering each other. As a result, treating them HD as DD floppies will cause drop outs and errors. In other words: they don't like this cheating and will probably let you down after a while if not instantly. If you just want to use an HD floppy for a single transfer of data you might be lucky. If you want to archive sounds and sequences you should better find some real DD floppies unless you don't worry about loosing your data. Hans -----Original Message----- From: Geren W.
