Clayton, The best thing I've found to get rid of squeaky keys is dry graphite powder. You'll need to apply it on the felt strip of each key where they contact the weights that simulate the hammer action. I originally tried cleaning the keys and then using silicone spray which only temporarily fixed the problem. It has now been over two years since applying the graphite on my own TS-12 which remains squeakless!
