Does anyone have a Korg D8 recorder, and if they do do they know how to link the midi clocks with the vfx as the master. I was able to to it with the D8 as the master, but not with the vfx as the master.

I love my TS 12... and I just pulled it out of the back closet because I finally moved into my new studio space with plenty of room for it. some of the keys squeak when I press on them.... not that it matters during sequencing but it become annoying over time.. what's the best way to remedy this problem. I'm not against opening it up but I want to know what cleaning solution/solvent is best to use and which parts should I be cleaning... Clayton, The best thing I've found to get rid of squeaky keys is dry graphite powder. You'll need to apply it on the felt strip of each key where they contact the weights that simulate the hammer action. I originally tried cleaning the keys and then using silicone spray which only temporarily fixed the problem. It has now been over two years since applying the graphite on my own TS-12 which remains squeakless!
