Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

I have 3 SD1 units.........all with the same problems.  Bobby at TSR
instrument repair has been able to fix them for me.  I play 175 dates a
year, completely sequenced.  I cant afford to be down.  He's a good repair

I have a VFX-SD that is also playing tones when you push the keys that are
not correct. The machine was turned on with something laying on the keys by
accident. It has not worked properly since. I gues this is a similar
situation. Can someone help me also.?

I was playin a banquet last weekend. Half way through the first set
my VFX went crazy. This is happening more frequently in the last
month. Usually I need to re-initialize, re-load and go. This time it
was NO-GO. Randam tones and notes were sounding, and keyboard
sometimes did not work. I plug the damn thing Monday and it runs OK.
Does any body know why this is happening?
What needs to be repaired?
